This policy explains what information Online Quran Academy ("we") collects through onlinequranacademy.pk and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, whether the student is a kid or adult, the course, teacher preference, preferred time, city/country and your message. We also receive basic technical information needed to deliver the form, such as the page you sent it from, your approximate country, IP address and browser type.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
How we use it
- To contact you about your 3-day free trial and regular classes.
- To arrange a suitable teacher and timing.
- To answer your questions.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes it
The website and forms run on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our admissions email inbox (Google Gmail). Our admissions team uses WhatsApp to contact you.
Children
Forms for children should be filled in by a parent or guardian.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a student or in contact with us, and delete enquiries that do not lead to classes when they are no longer needed.
