What children learn

Young beginners start with Noorani Qaida, learning the Arabic letters and how to join them. They then move on to Nazra Quran, reading from the Mushaf, and later to Tajweed or Hifz. Alongside Quran reading, our Islamic Studies for kids covers kalimas, daily duas, wudu and namaz.

• Pick a fixed daily time, for example after school or after Maghrib.
• Use headphones and a quiet corner to help your child focus.
• Ask your child to revise the lesson for a few minutes before the next class.
